Clinical Study of Special Staining Technique in Preliminary Screening of Uterine Cervix Cancer and Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate screening significance of special staining technique for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods 963 cases of patients who diagnosised in gynecological clinic of our hospital underwent cervical special staining (FRD),the result of shistopathological examination as the standard, the clinical significance of FRD in cervical special stainin was analysed.Results 1963 patients underwent cervical special staining and the positive screeningunderwent colposcopy biopsy, according to biopsy pathological results to analyse,the positive rate of CINI was 80.77%, CINII 81.25%, CINIII 100%, invasive cancer 100%,the total positive rate was 90.50 %.Conclusion Using dual localization and instructions of Methylene blue and acetic acid bleaching reaction can improve the detection rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,has the advantages of simple operation, easy interpretation ,fast results, low cost.
